God people who want medals for obeying the law ‘Oh you’re underage and straight edge? Congrats!’ ‘Oh, you didn’t punch that person when you were angry? Gold star for you!’ And so on and so forth You don’t get points for being a law-abiding citizen/decent person, that’s like the bare minimum - it’s expected of you. No snaps from me

I want to gather up all of my year 12 friends and tell them not to fucking stress because: I was depressed and anxiety-ridden all year I missed so much school I skipped so much work I did minimal study for everything but the actual HSC I got into my first preference Like… looking over the last year now, I’m glad I didn’t stress too much, because it would have been so...

machistado: al-khowarizimi: tellhimtoshrug: obliviousandinept: But how can you also love Kanye to no end? The man throws “cunt” and “fag” around like they’re conjunctions, which simply perpetuates the idea that woman and gay people are somehow less qualified, less valuable, and altogether lesser than heterosexual men. That, to me, seems just as abusive and misogynistic as Chris Brown...

”____ did drugs so it’s okay that they died” Man, can these people hear themselves when they speak?

God whenever a celebrity dies people are like “WHY DON’T YOU ALSO CARE ABOUT THE CHILDREN IN AFRICA” a) Stop fucking bringing up Africa and the poverty there when it suits you - do I see you caring about any of that on any other day? In most cases, no, I don’t b) One can also be sad about those living in poverty, but as Whitney was one individual as opposed to a more...

postregime: Might I recommend the following resources (For all but the “overview” sources, I’ve focused on sources that are based out of Syria, live-update and are available to the non-arabic speaker) Overview of the Revolution: Mid East Reports’ Syria Revolution Guide NPR: Syria’s Uprising Escalates, World Mulls Options Al-Jazeera also has an amazing Al Jazeera’s interactive timeline of the...

Every time I read about the events in Syria I’m filled with a desire to go outside and scream at the world that this is happening and we are letting it happen and a desire to do something, anything to make it stop But I don’t have the power to stop it I’m so angry that intervention seems so unlikely considering the veto and considering few powers have economic interests inside...

Hating people, or simply being rude to them, because of their size/appearance genuinely upsets me (probably for the obvious reasons that I, as someone who is fat and not at all attractive, have been the target of bullying that has been focused on mocking my appearance). And I never talk about it, because I guess I’m supposed to be ashamed about the way I look? Everything around me tells me...

I saw a woman with a Ron Paul Revolution shirt on at Disneyland and I couldn’t help but point her out to my mother and laugh hysterically Seeing these people in person is rare for me, not living in the US and all It was truly a delight

I am home!
Unpacking is so hard. I never got around to unpacking properly after Europe, and now I have to pay for my previous laziness by unpacking that stuff AND all of this stuff from America.  I will pay somebody to unpack and organise all of this stuff. Too much stuff. I spent all of my money, literally everything in my bank account, at Sephora. That may give you an idea as to how much stuff there is...
